By using Marrly services, you agree to all these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using our services immediately.
2. Use of Services
Marrly provides digital wedding invitation card creation services. Users can create, edit, and share invitation cards through our platform. Use of services must comply with applicable laws. Services may not be used for illegal or inappropriate purposes.
3. Payments
Package prices are one-time payments with no monthly fees. Cards have editing periods based on the selected package. After the editing period expires, cards become memory pages that can still be viewed forever. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
4. Intellectual Property
Content you upload (photos, text, videos) remains your property. Marrly does not claim ownership of user content. However, you grant Marrly the right to display such content on the platform to provide services. Themes, designs, and software of Marrly are Marrly's property.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
As a digital product, we do not offer refunds after a card has been created. If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team for assistance.
6. Changes to Terms
Marrly reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
